Quality Policy

Raw materials and finished products must be more precisely analyzed in order to meet these constantly increasing quality standards. Classic chemical and physical variables must be considered, as well as the technical data of crude materials and finished parts, such as Based on the very inhomogeneous composition of clays, sample preparation in a clay and ceramics laboratory for further analytical use is necessary since the chemical composition of the crude materials has a decisive influence on the technical abilities of the finished products.

Lab Testing

We offer a portfolio of chemical and physical tests of technical ceramics or metals to accompany the individual steps of production and to characterize the status quo. This includes non-destructive testing, such as natural frequency measurement or microscopy, as well as destructive testing methods such as Hardness or Strength. The knowledge of the processes is therefore an advantage in order to be able to make an exact assessment. Only a complete view of the process, including all sub-components and their influence on each other, provides a complete insight.

We are gearing towards achieving following testing parameters:

  • Quantitative oxide composition of silicate materials
  • Oxide composition of non-metalliferous raw materials
  • Mineral composition of non-metalliferous raw materials
  • Clays mechanical strength of bending
  • Suspensions pH value
  • Chemical content of non-metalliferous raw materials
  • Whiteness and other color data of kaolin, carbonate fillers
  • Fineness of grinding
  • Bulk materials grain size distribution
